It's close enough to Bathhouse Row (but not too close), and also convenient to the Hot Springs Farmers Market, Crystal Ridge Distillery, and some fun restaurants. The street this unit sits on is busy, but well-lit, and there's parking both on the street and behind the rental."

The location is unbeatable—right on the edge of a serene lake with breathtaking views from nearly every window. We spent mornings sipping coffee on the deck, watching the sunrise over the water, and evenings by the fire pit, enjoying the peaceful ambiance. The private dock made it easy to launch kayaks and paddleboards, and the provided equipment was a fantastic bonus. The hosts clearly put a lot of care into making guests feel at home. Communication was also top-notch-quick responses and clear instructions made everything a breeze. If you're looking for a perfect retreat to relax, recharge, and soak in nature's beauty, this lake house is the place to be. We can't wait to return!"

"Tucked away in a quiet and cozy spot by the Hamilton lake. Host is very friendly. EV charger wasn’t working when we got there but the host was responsive and got it fixed right away. There’s not much EV charging stations around, this stay is a great option for EV owners. Would visit again."

"We had a beautiful view from the cabin, enjoyed the big tube, swam in the lake and overall enjoyed out stay. I gave 4 stars because I personally I think it's a bit overpriced for what it is. You pretty much pay for the location. Another reason for 4 stars is that the thermostat (window unit) didn't keep up. It's located in the living room part, so the bedroom was very hot to sleep in. Last reason for 4 stars is dust. Once you sit on the old couch, there's a cloud of dust coming from it. Luckily we brought our allergy meds."

"We loved being on the lake. We brought kayaks and went kayaking everyday as well as swimming in the lake. We were personally greeted by several people ensured everything was OK. I appreciated the real tilework in the bathroom and kitchen, rather than a prefab fiberglass shower. We found a lovely homestyle café, Sunshine Café minutes away and had both breakfast and lunch there. Also bought some fresh corn in their shop. Loved the private back porch and spent a lot of time on it. Will definitely be back."

"We truly enjoyed our stay. The cabins are secluded and away from the hustle and bustle only 30 minutes from Central Avenue. The cabins are spacious and clean. Lake is nice kayaks and swim dock available. Perfect for us we would definitely return. I recommend cabin number 5 it’s closet to the lake. The host was wonderful and helpful. We stayed an extra night we enjoyed so much."

"We stayed for the 2024 total solar eclipse and loved that we picked this property! It was one of my favorite Airbnb experiences and we’ve been using this platform for almost a decade. Beautiful cabin, well stocked with everything you could need for a trip. We enjoyed the back patio overlooking the lake, cooked multiple meals in the kitchen, appreciated the safety tape on the ladder (made it easy and safe for our young child to climb), and had fun with the extra event specific amenities such as the food truck, live music and yard games. Communication was excellent - when we needed a lighter for the fire pit they brought it out with extra kindling, and in general the space was well thought out and very clean. We even got to meet the hosts! Would happily stay again."

"We stayed for the 4th of July and had a great time. The view from our cabin was amazing and we enjoyed spending time outside cooking and playing games. We do wish we had a washer and dryer at the house but other than that they had everything else you would need. We got two airbnbs #8 and #9 with a shared a patio and that was perfect! There is a slight walk down and up to the dock ramp but it’s doable. We put our boat in at a ramp about 20 minutes from the cabin and docked it at the dock every night - that’s just first come first serve so fingers crossed you find a spot! The kids loved making s’mores on the patio and all the outdoor activities."

"As being first time guests, it was a very good stay. Host had thought of all the big details. Very clean and very able to find all the necessities for the stay. Super close to the convention center - 2 short blocks to walk! Made a great place to stay so I did not have to get into the vehicle every day and try to find parking. Also a short walk to all the activites on Central Street and the Bathhouse Row."

"Check -in was very easy and straight forward. We did have an issue with locking ourselves out but problem was solved in a timely manner! Only hiccup was heating. The bedrooms had no heat and it got very cold the two nights we were there. The only heating/cooling Is in the living room and has no way to make it in the bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again! Very close to all the Downtown activities we like to do when visiting Hot Springs!"

"Our cabin was lovely! Very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. They included a menu for the Sunshine Cafe that is located a few minutes away. We ordered lunch from there and their food was delicious and reasonably priced. The young lady who worked in the front was super sweet, too! I highly recommend JB’s place if you want a peaceful, private stay for a relaxing get away."

"Had an okay stay. There were no trash bags, not even in the can, no dishwasher soap but you are told to run the dish washer before you leave. No hand soaps. Missing light bulbs, you will need a flashlight to enter the door code at night. Cleaning fee was very high considering it was quite dusty and your socks will be black from the floor. Even though it was missing some essential items the property wasn't bad."

"The kitchen is not well stocked at all. There are only 2 pans. The knives are all dull and some are broken. Basic necessities like scissors are missing. There were 2 kitchen towels only. There was very little hand soap throughout the entire house. There was no counter top cleaner anywhere in the house. There was basically no laundry detergent and guests should be informed if they need to provide those things. The front door key pad was very hard to use and did not work often."

"This is my 3rd year staying in this house and it never disappoints. It made our Christmas magical and one to remember. The house was clean just as we remembered. It was decorated per our request due to it being the holidays. We got to see water on the lake this year, because it’s still high enough. The house had everything we needed in it already! We look forward to booking each and every year!"
