The property is part of Hot Springs Getaways at Hamilton Cove, an expanding collection of upscale cabins, event spaces, and gathering areas designed for family vacations, weddings, reunions, retreats, and special occasions.

July-12 2023We loved being on the lake. We brought kayaks and went kayaking everyday as well as swimming in the lake. We were personally greeted by several people ensured everything was OK. I appreciated the real tilework in the bathroom and kitchen, rather than a prefab fiberglass shower. We found a lovely homestyle café, Sunshine Café minutes away and had both breakfast and lunch there. Also bought some fresh corn in their shop. Loved the private back porch and spent a lot of time on it. Will definitely be back.

Welcome to Hot Springs Getaways! We’re excited to host you and hope you enjoy a relaxing, memorable stay. Please help us keep the property clean, comfortable, and enjoyable for all guests.
• Check-in: between 4:00 - 6:00 PM, if you are arriving after hours, please inform your host so that arrangements can be made if extra help is needed.
• Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
• Self check-in with keypad, your host will issue the door codes before you arrive.
• Maximum occupancy: 5 guests
• Quiet hours: Midnight to 6:00 AM
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without prior approval with your host
• No smoking or vaping inside the property
• Pre-approved dogs are welcome with a $99 non-refundable pet fee
• Please clean up after pets
• We do not host cats due to allergen control for future guests
Please treat the home and furnishings with care and respect.
The following items and activities are not permitted inside or outside the property:
~ Glitter, confetti, or similar decorative materials
~ Candles, fireworks, sparklers, or open flames
~ Any activity that may cause damage to the home, furnishings, landscaping, or surrounding property
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Excessive cleaning, repairs, or policy violations may result in additional charges.
• Top bunk weight limit: 150 lbs
• Guests use bunk beds at their own risk
• Wash and dry used towels, you may leave them in the dryer
• Turn off lights and electronics
• Lock doors and secure the property

Cancellation policy
At Hot Springs Getaways, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility for guests while allowing us to prepare and maintain each property to the highest standards.
Guests may cancel their reservation and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 5 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
Cancellations made within 5 days of check-in may qualify for a partial refund, subject to the terms of the reservation and timing of the cancellation.
Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment whenever possible.
Reservations made through third-party booking platforms may be subject to the cancellation policies and procedures of those platforms.
In certain circumstances involving severe weather, natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other extraordinary events beyond a guest’s control, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
We strive to offer a fair balance between guest flexibility and the operational needs of our resort. Advance notice allows us the opportunity to prepare for incoming guests and make accommodations available to other travelers seeking a relaxing stay on Lake Hamilton.
