Tucked along a quiet inlet of Lake Hamilton, Grand Hamilton Retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and relaxed lake living. This spacious three-story home was designed for gathering, entertaining, and creating unforgettable moments with family and friends.
Inside, guests will find soaring wood ceilings, open living spaces, multiple fireplaces, upscale furnishings, and expansive windows overlooking the water. The home comfortably sleeps up to 15 guests with 6 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 baths, making it ideal for large families, retreats, celebrations, girls' weekends, dance weekends, or men's retreats.
The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, generous entertaining space, and easy flow into the dining and living areas. Multiple gathering spaces throughout the home include a game room, recreation area, wet bar, and comfortable lounges designed for both connection and relaxation.
Step outside to enjoy wraparound decks, peaceful lake views, a waterfront boardwalk, outdoor firepit, and private covered boat dock. Whether you're sipping coffee at sunrise, grilling with friends, or watching the sunset reflect across the water, the atmosphere feels both luxurious and deeply relaxing.
Guests have access to the full home, outdoor living spaces, and dock area. Seasonal kayak, canoe, paddleboard, and pontoon rentals may also be available upon request.

~ wildlife is common in the area, including deer and waterfowl

May-15 2024The kitchen is not well stocked at all. There are only 2 pans. The knives are all dull and some are broken. Basic necessities like scissors are missing. There were 2 kitchen towels only. There was very little hand soap throughout the entire house. There was no counter top cleaner anywhere in the house. There was basically no laundry detergent and guests should be informed if they need to provide those things. The front door key pad was very hard to use and did not work often.

December-11 2024This is my 3rd year staying in this house and it never disappoints. It made our Christmas magical and one to remember. The house was clean just as we remembered. It was decorated per our request due to it being the holidays. We got to see water on the lake this year, because it’s still high enough. The house had everything we needed in it already! We look forward to booking each and every year!

• Check-in: After 4:00 - 6:00 pm, must inform host if checking in after hours so that we can provide assistance if needed.
• Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
• Self check-in with keypad
• Maximum occupancy: 15 guests
• Quiet hours: Midnight to 6:00 AM
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without prior approval
• No smoking or vaping inside the property
Please treat the home and furnishings with care and respect.
The following items and activities are not permitted inside or outside the property:
~ Glitter, confetti, or similar decorative materials
~ Candles, fireworks, sparklers, or open flames
~ Any activity that may cause damage to the home, furnishings, landscaping, or surrounding property
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Excessive cleaning, repairs, or policy violations may result in additional charges.
• Top bunk weight limit: 150 lbs
• Guests use bunk beds at their own risk
• Wash and dry used towels if possible
• Turn off lights and electronics
• Lock doors and secure the property
