Welcome to Hot Springs Getaways! We’re excited to host you and hope you enjoy a relaxing, memorable stay. Please help us keep the property clean, comfortable, and enjoyable for all guests.
• Check-in: between 4:00 - 6:00 PM, if you are arriving after hours, please inform your host so that arrangements can be made if extra help is needed.
• Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
• Self check-in with keypad, your host will issue the door codes before you arrive.
• Maximum occupancy: _5__ guests
• Quiet hours: Midnight to 6:00 AM
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without prior approval with your host
• No smoking or vaping inside the property
• We do not allow pets at this cabin, however, we do have several that allow dogs.
Please treat the home and furnishings with care and respect.
The following items and activities are not permitted inside or outside the property:
~ Glitter, confetti, or similar decorative materials
~ Candles, fireworks, sparklers, or open flames
~ Any activity that may cause damage to the home, furnishings, landscaping, or surrounding property
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Excessive cleaning, repairs, or policy violations may result in additional charges.
• Top bunk weight limit: 150 lbs
• Guests use bunk beds at their own risk
• Wash and dry used towels, you may leave them in the dryer
• Turn off lights and electronics
• Lock doors and secure the property

Cancellation policy
At Hot Springs Getaways, we understand that plans can change. To provide flexibility for our guests while protecting our unique vacation properties, the following cancellation policy applies:
Guests who cancel 14 or more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
Guests who cancel 7 to 13 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation amount.
Reservations canceled within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows, early departures, unused nights, or reductions in the length of stay after check-in.
Date changes are subject to availability and current seasonal rates.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment against unexpected events, weather disruptions, illness, or travel delays.
