July-10 2024We stayed for the 4th of July and had a great time. The view from our cabin was amazing and we enjoyed spending time outside cooking and playing games. We do wish we had a washer and dryer at the house but other than that they had everything else you would need. We got two airbnbs #8 and #9 with a shared a patio and that was perfect! There is a slight walk down and up to the dock ramp but it’s doable. We put our boat in at a ramp about 20 minutes from the cabin and docked it at the dock every night - that’s just first come first serve so fingers crossed you find a spot! The kids loved making s’mores on the patio and all the outdoor activities.

Welcome to Hot Springs Getaways! We’re excited to host you and hope you enjoy a relaxing, memorable stay. Please help us keep the property clean, comfortable, and enjoyable for all guests.
• Check-in: between 4:00 - 6:00 PM, if you are arriving after hours, please inform your host so that arrangements can be made if extra help is needed.
• Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
• Self check-in with keypad, your host will issue the door codes before you arrive.
• Maximum occupancy: __6_ guests
• Quiet hours: Midnight to 6:00 AM
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without prior approval with your host
• No smoking or vaping inside the property
In our cozy cabins that welcome furry companions, we allow up to two pets under 40 pounds each for a $99 non-refundable fee. Should you wish to bring a third tiny adventurer, an additional $49 fee will apply. For safety and harmony, we have a breed exclusivity clause: we do not accommodate Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, or Chows, along with any other breeds commonly identified as aggressive. We cherish a peaceful retreat for all, and we trust you’ll understand! Bring your cuddliest companions, but let’s keep it safe, light, and brimming with tail-wagging joy.
While we adore all creatures, we must gently note that cats cannot join us in the cabins. This isn’t a whisker of prejudice! It’s simply due to allergen concerns and the comfort of future guests. We appreciate cat lovers as much as the next soul, but in the spirit of keeping this a sneeze-free sanctuary, we limit our furry guests to well-behaved pups only. Your understanding keeps this retreat a breath of fresh air for everyone!
Please treat the home and furnishings with care and respect.
The following items and activities are not permitted inside or outside the property:
~ Glitter, confetti, or similar decorative materials
~ Candles, fireworks, sparklers, or open flames
~ Any activity that may cause damage to the home, furnishings, landscaping, or surrounding property
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Excessive cleaning, repairs, or policy violations may result in additional charges.
• Top bunk weight limit: 150 lbs
• Guests use bunk beds at their own risk
• Wash and dry used towels, you may leave them in the dryer
• Turn off lights and electronics
• Lock doors and secure the property

This is a privately owned vacation home designed for comfort and relaxation. Please help us preserve the space for future guests by following all house rules and using the property responsibly.

Cancellation policy
At Hot Springs Getaways, we understand that plans can change. To provide flexibility for our guests while protecting our unique vacation properties, the following cancellation policy applies:
Guests who cancel 14 or more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
Guests who cancel 7 to 13 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation amount.
Reservations canceled within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows, early departures, unused nights, or reductions in the length of stay after check-in.
Date changes are subject to availability and current seasonal rates.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment against unexpected events, weather disruptions, illness, or travel delays.
