Conveniently located near Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, downtown bathhouses, shopping, restaurants, and Lake Hamilton, this home offers the perfect balance of relaxation and accessibility for families, couples, business travelers, and small groups.
Inside, you’ll find warm wood floors, spacious gathering areas, smart TVs, comfortable memory foam beds, and a fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances, including a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer, and dryer.
The home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests with:
Two queen bedrooms
A kid-friendly bunk room

January-02 2024Had an okay stay. There were no trash bags, not even in the can, no dishwasher soap but you are told to run the dish washer before you leave. No hand soaps. Missing light bulbs, you will need a flashlight to enter the door code at night. Cleaning fee was very high considering it was quite dusty and your socks will be black from the floor. Even though it was missing some essential items the property wasn't bad.

July-10 2024Great home, spacious and comfortable. Great location to all the activities in Hot Springs. My Grandsons loved the huge back yard. Safe and quiet neighborhood. JB is great with communication and anything you need, also gave us awesome ideas on family fun in the area.

• Check-in: After 4:00 PM
• Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
• Self check-in with keypad
• Maximum occupancy: 9 guests
• Quiet hours: Midnight to 6:00 AM
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without permission from the host
• No smoking or vaping inside the property
• Pre-approved dogs are welcome with a $99 non-refundable pet fee
• Please clean up after pets
• Cats are not permitted
Please treat the home with care and respect.
The following items are not permitted inside or outside the property:
• Glitter
• Silly string
• Candles or fireworks
Any excessive cleaning, damages, or policy violations may result in additional charges.
• Top bunk weight limit: 150 lbs
• Guests use bunk beds at their own risk
• Place used towels together
• Wash and dry used towels, can leave in dryer
• Turn off lights and electronics
• Lock doors and secure the property
